Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Developer is the hydrogen peroxide used for all Schwarzkopf and Igora colour treatments. This product must be mixed with the hair dye. The mixing ratio may vary depending on the hair dye. This peroxide or oxidant ensures that the dye remains in the hair. Formulated with oil to condition the hair during the colouring process.
