The Blondor Freelights Developer from Wella is a developer lotion that ensures precision and ease of application with less expansion. The ‘6’ indicates a mild lightening effect. 9% is for extra lightening and 12% is for maximum lightening. All liquids must be mixed with a hair colourant. We recommend that you read and follow the instructions for use carefully. The lotion contains hydrogen peroxide and flexible acrylic polymers.
