Mixing ratio:
Mix the Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect (6, 9 or 12 per cent) or with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9 or 4% in a non-metallic bowl. Mix in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.

Application:
Apply the Blondor Multi Blonde Powder, mixed with the developer, evenly to unwashed hair. Processing time varies depending on hair type and the desired result. Check the hair every 5 to 10 minutes to see how quickly it is taking effect. Apply the bleach first to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, and only then to the roots.
